As a demonstration of my commitment to living the Catholic Faith, I agree to attend Sunday Mass for 3 consecutive weeks and to collect and provide the parish bulletins from those 3 weekends to Carl Richardson (at least 10 days prior to the date of the baptism).

These can be collected from any church within our parish OR any other Catholic church. They can then be dropped off or mailed to the parish office. Please include your name so I know who the bulletins are from. Thank you!
