Giving Tuesday

Each year Holy Cross Parish provides two opportunities for our high school youth to attend Catholic Conferences that give our youth opportunities to grow in faith and fellowship. Empowering and inspiring them to boldly live out their Catholic faith. Your donation this Giving Tuesday will allow us to reduce the cost of attendance for our teens and their families, making these life-changing experiences attainable for all.

Frassati Fest

Frassati Fest is a weekend youth conference held annually in the Diocese of Madison for High School teens. The teens will discover and grow in their faith all while growing in community and friendship with other teens from across the Diocese of Madison.

Steubenville is a weekend Youth Conference for High School teens in the summer held at various sites across the country. Roughly 50,000 teens attend these conferences each year, with about 2,000 at each site. We spend the weekend hearing great talks from nationally and internationally acclaimed speakers, spend time in prayer growing in relationship with the Lord, and growing in community and friendship with one another. 

The cost to attend one of these conferences is between $260-$300 per teen.  It is our goal to reduce this cost to $150 per teen through fundraising efforts like this one.

Any additional funds raised will be used for our weekly High School Tuesday Morning Prayer and Breakfast where high schoolers come together every week to spend time enjoying breakfast and praying together before school.
